Advanced techniques D&B Cider.5.4% -Success

i feel as homebrewer for 40 years, that the same instructions (kind suggestions) haven’t changed, i opted to make the kit advanced brewing techniques. ‘brewing’ was straight fwd, but i used my own trusted yeast i know works as a stir plate starter. in a Fermzilla all rounder. this time, pressure forment. ferment took off like a freight train! ‘advanced’ specific grafity readings and pH and water chemistry sorted! i went for the sweeter sachet after hit FG (clear 3 days running) to get a med sweet cider. kegged it this time added the D&B flavour and carb’d up.
i keep saying ‘advanced’ techniques, tips & tricks learnt over the years to get a filtered clear test cider. smell was amazing, just right carbonation and the taste was subtle, if the smell is anything to go by the taste was not over powering. D&B flavour is present in small amounts, the apples combined with carbonation give me a med sweet sensation.
Rate the kit 9.5 out of 10. BUT newcomers that follow the instructions there results may vary.

Nice Beer if I could make it Gluten Free

I made this beer and used Glut Gone to try to reduce its gluten content. The beer is very god but I don’t think I can drink it. After two pints I was getting pricking feelings in my gut and the following day I felt like I’d been punched. Signs of getting glutened. Might have to throw the beer away.
