The kit is good but I'm not

I got the starter kit from Brew2Bottle and I got very excited. I followed the procedures to the letter, including a couple of YouTube tutorials, especially sanitising the container and utensils. It failed to start. Tried more yeast. Nil. Tried another kit from another firm and it too failed (so far). I need to find an expert!

I always use a Mangrove Jacks enhancer appropriate to the beer type. It definitely improves head retention and texture it enhances to the point where homebrew really is as good as a commercial brew.
