Coopers 86 Days Pilsner Kit

A doddle to ferment. I whisked the tin's contents plus light dried malt extract powder and water well to aerate it before scattering the yeast on top. I fermented it in a brewing bucket with an airlock at kitchen temperature. It was pretty much cleared and ready to bottle in a week. It was sufficiently carbonated/conditioned/cleared 4 days after bottling to start sampling. Improved even more after another 2 weeks in the bottles, as per instructions.
