California Sonoma Dry Creek Chardonnay - Gentle citrus aromas and generous tropical fruit flavours accented with a subtle touch of oak. Rich mouthfeel with vanilla undertones. 13.5% ABV

Washington Yakima Valley Pinot Gris - Bright and fresh palate of green apple, melon, and lemon zest. Fruit-forward with crisp acidity. 13% ABV

Australian Adelaide Hillls Sauvignon Blanc - Inviting passionfruit, cut grass, and grapefruit aromas carry through to the palate of this crisp wine with juicy fruit intensity and bright acidity. 13% ABV 

Italian Veneto Amarone - Rich aromas of dark fruit and spice with layers of cherry, plum, mocha, dried fruit flavours, warm oak and a firm, lingering finish. 14% ABV

California Napa Valley Stags Leap Merlot - Juicy plum and raspberry combine with savoury spice, smooth tannins, and oak for a lush, polished texture. 14% ABV

California Lodi Cabernet Sauvignon - Blackcurrant and dark cherry flavours enhanced with notes of baking spice and toasted oak. Big in flavour and structure with well-integrated tannins. 14% ABV

Italian Colosso Limited Edition - Colosso blends Italian favourites with one of the country’s hidden gems. Sangiovese, indigenous to Tuscany but planted throughout the country, is prized for its balanced acid and high tannin; it is one of Italy’s most important varietals and the backbone of famous wines like Brunello and Chianti. Primitivo is a key grape in southern Italy, known for producing bold, tannic wines with dark berry flavours. Nerello is a rare Sicilian grape mostly found in the volcanic soils of Mount Etna. Similar to a fine Pinot Noir, it adds depth to this already impressive blend. 14% ABV
