I’m new to this and have done a couple of stout and a pale ale. I do like cider so I decided to have a go at this. WOW is all I can say. I have cracked a bottle a few days early but I can’t believe it. It is so crisp, fresh, not too dry dry, not too sweet and very smooth. I used 50% of the sweetener sachet and it’s awesome. It’s a MUST BUY and I am just about to purchase another. It did smell for around 3 days during fermentation in a big standard bin but I am ready for that, as the end result is awesome.
