Gorgeous Drink

Brewed the kit to a 13L batch, instead of the 23L it is supposed to make. Added 500g sugar. Brewed to dry in six days. Added 2l supermarket apple juice to make it 15L total, and bottled it to allow the sugars in the apple juice to cause secondary fermentation. Two weeks later super sparkling, flavourful and strong (6.75% ABV) pear cider to die for. Be careful it is MOREISH!!!!!!
