You can really taste the flavour's in the SG kits.
Do pay attention to the sugar needed on bottom of the first page, if you are not sure look at whats written on the grape juice pouch.
On instructions it says (12) add stabliser then(13) degas, I use a a degassing stick and when i do it this way round i get a fountain so I degas before stabiliser and sweetner..
The gas stays in the wine even after degassing so is worth extra days under airlock before bottling unless you intend to drink sooner rather than later.

Handcraft Supplies 100% White Grape Concentrate 500ml
I have made two of these so far using dextrose. Great results. First one I added 50g of Cascade hops on day 6 of fermentation. Bottled at 10 days. Lovely pint.
Second one was strange. After 3 days it hadn't started fermenting (22 degrees c on a heating mat), no bubbles through airlock... and then it bubbled for 2 days then stopped! No hops this time, checked SG at 8 days, 1005, so barrelled it. Very little sediment. But after 5 days in the barrel, WOW! One of the best brews I have done. Highly recommended. Have another to make and will order more.
