On The Rocks Cider Kit - Apple

Great value cider kits. I have made both the Apple and Pear a few times with very consistent results using either dextrose or liquid enhancer. An ideal kit range for experimenting with water and sweetness levels.

Once bottled i gave my first batch a month or so before trying and it tasted great. Finished the last bottle after about 6 months and it was even better. Just brewed a second batch and tried one when it first cleared, after only a week. It tastes great too. Carbonate a litre with 4 carbonation drops and you can't go wrong. It doesn't need to bottle age like homebrew ale does. It's an easy to brew, medium, carbonated cider. It really is top drawer. I was going to have a bash at one of the other flavours but tbh I like the cider too much.

A cider which you have to respect? Easy to brew if you follow the instructions on the can and I liked it so much I ordered another on the rocks Apple cider from you guessed it Brew 2 Bottle. A cider that tastes dry and very clear when pouring from a pressure barrel. However l am a new be to home brewing and the cider was a bit flat but me and the Misses drank the lot. I will bottle the next brew and hope for a better carbonation that way.

Got to be 1 of the best ciders i have made from a kit. Gave a couple of bottles to the bar man in the pub & was told that a good drop of cider.
I will be getting more when i can.
