I buy this often. I just use 1kg of granulated sugar, nowt fancy.. Turns out a dryish cider, which I like.

Cheap but does the job

So this is a good pre mix but there is a strong sulphur smell, I would recommend splash racking

A tart but very enjoyable cider

I'm using the Pinter system so I had to split the big heavy pouch into multiple lots to let me do the brewing in smaller 10 pint containers. I ended up doing 4 lots in 4 separate pinters. Even though I messed up weighing the concentrate stuff. I still got very reasonable cider out of the contents of the kit. It's a bit tart/sharp but actually very refreshing for that, not the bland vague apple taste of some ciders, but a nice defined apple taste instead.

Keep this in stock please!
