A top fermenting yeast, Voss Kveik offers fast fermentation at very high temperatures whilst retaining a neutral flavour character with subtle citrus fruit notes.

M12 Kveik yeast is suitable for a range of styles from Norwegian Farmhouse Ales to Pale Ales & IPAs.

Really wanted to try this out, given what everyone says about it's speedy fermentation and quick clearing. But rather than use it in a beer, I tried to make a turbo cider with it. Usually turbo ciders take at least 3 month of maturing to be drinkable, so I wanted to experiment to see if this miracle yeast would make it finish quicker.
I was absolutely right. Used it with 3 gallons of apple juice. It finished fermenting in 5 days, and was bottled a couple of days after that. After another day it looked clear as crystal. I tried some a week after bottling not expecting much, but stone me it was perfectly drinkable! I was amazed! I still gave it a couple of weeks to mature more, and it made a lovely clear, crisp cider. Took months off of the process and made a proper decent drink! I immediately bought some more off of brew2bottle. I can see this doing wonders for a lot of beer styles and new experiments. Highly recommend!

ON THE ROCKS CIDER KITS from Ritchies

Great value cider kits. I have made both the Apple and Pear a few times with very consistent results using either dextrose or liquid enhancer. An ideal kit range for experimenting with water and sweetness levels.

FESTIVAL OAKED APPLE CIDER from Ritchies

A very interesting kit indeed even by Ritchies high standards. Airlock was active within several hours. I under primed my bottles for sparkling so my bad I can't give a fair account on that score. But the still ones were the best ever. A very noticeable smoothness early into maturation and that was with dextrose so can't imagine or even see the need for liquid enhancer in this case. Full bodied mid sweetness with a very fresh appealing aroma. 1 oz of the oak chips achieved a subtle influence I could easily increase without fear of over doing it. Used about half the dried fruit with similar feeling. Improved up to around 12 months in bottles and remained very good for many weeks after that. Special occasions rather than every day drinking - it is that good.

VWP 400g

It has been so long that I have forgotten how long I have been using this stuff. Very good value in the 400g size. Super reliable product for essential sterilization of homebrewing equipment. Generally handy to have in the kitchen as well. Can't fault VWP, even heavy soiling has usually lifted off the surface of vessels and utensils within 10-20 minutes. Rinses off well. The empty tubs also come in useful for sterilising/storing tiny items. I Recommend It!

good fermentation every time with this yeast tastes ok as well with the still spirit flavours a lot of choices to choose from as well very happy with my orders and delivery is good apart from odd things busting why being delivered but I had them bits replaced with in a couple of days so I'm still happy with my orders
