RETURNS INFORMATION
We hope you love your new Brew2Bottle purchase and are busy brewing, mashing, fermenting or bottling. However, if you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, please contact the Brew2Bottle team at sales@brew2Bottle or on the Hopline 01254 315082.
Please state your order number in the subject field of your email, so that we can access and amend your order quickly.
If the item is simply unwanted, we are happy to refund the cost of the item within 30 days. However, we don't cover the cost of returns on unwanted items. In the unusual event that you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact our team as quickly as possible so we can rectify and get your brewing again soon.
