Cellar 7 30 Bottle 7 Day Wine Kits

Brewed the malbec version of this wine 14 months ago and the entire process was super simple. After 10 days the wine was finished and honestly good to drink as is. Straight after finishing the wine is fairly fruity. I bottle aged the wine and tried it at 3, 6, 9, 12 and 14 month intervals of age. Between the 6 and 9 month age the wine was not good to drink. It became like vinegar and was not pleasant. On the 12 month mark it was fairly palatable again and the fruitiness returned just a lot less of it than originally. Today was around the 14 month mark, me and my fiancee travelled across the country to book our wedding venue and we just decided to take a bottle along with us. We cracked it open in the hotel room to celebrate after booking our wedding venue. And WOW this is now a seriously great wine. It's earthy, slightly fruity deep and complex. Fairly savoury on the palate and most of the sweetness has disappeared. Easily compares to an extremely expensive aged bottle of wine that we had a few years ago. It's just a shame that we only have 3 bottles left!! Definitely going to do 2-3 of these kits next so we have plenty to age!

Cellar 7 30 day wine kits have always been an easy to make, reliable table wine, I’ve been making a couple of kits a year since 2012. Unfortunately the last kit I bought earlier in 2021 was extremely poor quality. I had a couple of bottles I’d made about a year ago and when I compared it to the new batch the colour was a lot paler so I would guess they have reduced the amount of grape juice and you can tell, the taste was awful. It also took five days to clear unlike around 24 hours like before. Goodness knows what they’ve done but its definitely changed for the worse and I won’t be wasting my money again. I now have 20 odd bottles of toilet cleaner!

After ordering the Cellar 7 Pinot Grigio blush i was sent the Pinot grigio by mistake...It was very quickly resolved..I decided to keep the incorrect order + original order..Both wines are excellent and cellar 7 kits are by far the easiest, and in my opinion tastiest wines

Have been purchasing kits from these lads for a few years now and cannot say how pleased I am with the product and service. nothing too much trouble . Would not hesitate to recommend to any one starting up or wanting to try something different.

Recently purchased a cellar 7 Shiraz kit because I could not get a youngs buddy wine kit. Excellent product, took slightly longer than seven days to brew, but found the instructions clear and easy to use. My wife very surprised and said " it was one of the best kits that I had made". Plus you don't need to add any sugar and I found the price very competitive. Would highly recommend.
