Wakatu Black Rock Crafted Maibock is a traditional Bavarian style Maibock, with an extra subtle citrus hop aroma. Munich and pilsner malts combine for a rich toasty European pale malt character, with NZ Green Bullet and Pacific Gem hops are added at the boil to provide a moderate bitterness. An dry hop addition of New Zealand Wakatu hops, (formerly NZ Hallertau) infuses a subtle lime citrus hop aroma.
Costly, time-consuming all grain processes are not necessary to create quality craft wort at home. Discerning home brewers are always looking to improve their brewing techniques and beer quality. With this in mind, the master brewers at Black Rock have expertly brewed the highest quality fresh wort in a state-of-the-art Krones brewery, using only the finest fresh NZ malt before gently evaporating to 80 brix for your convenience. For 23L, brew two cans of Black Rock Maibock, or for a stronger European bock combine 3 cans of Maibock to make 23L.

We offer FREE STANDARD DELIVERY for all orders over £70 to most regions of the UK.
For orders under 5Kg, we usually use Royal Mail.
For any order over 5Kg we use DPD who can handle heavier and bulkier packages.
