2 minor issues - no push on/off valve but easy to find on amazon as couldn't find on b2b, second thing the hose is much stiffer than the standard siphon, pity it wasn't more flexible/bendy, but the height is what I wanted

Amongst other items, I had ordered a couple of demi-johns, using express delivery so that I could quickly progress with fermenting a glut of apple-juice from my small orchard. I was very non-plussed when the DPD delivery driver decided to throw the box containing all items over my back-gate. (This is on a different road to the main house location, and satnavs occassionally take deliveries around here, but I have installed a sign on the gate (which is kept padlocked for security) clearly informing drivers where to go if they have not arranged for me to collect from that point). Not surprisingly, one of the demi-johns had smashed as a result. It was outside telephone hours on a Saturday by this point, but I immediately sent an email to Brew2Bottle complaining, asking for a replacement as well as a refund of the express delivery fee, which had proven pointless in terms of allowing me to progress as quickly as I had hoped with my cider fermentation plans. On the Monday, I received a prompt response, apologising for the action and telling me a new demi-john was on its way, along with the requested refund, The demi-john arrived the next day and the refund by the end of the week. So in terms of customer service, I would give Brew2Bottle 5 stars - I accept that things go wrong, but it is how companies then respond to such issues that really counts, and their response was brilliant. I take one star off, obviously because of the delivery issue to begin with, and I also think that the demi-johns could have been better packaged to offer a little more protection from careless delivery people.
