An ergonomic, durable handle allows you to comfortably carry the demijohn, even when it is full and heavy. The demijohn is transparent, thanks to which it is possible to watch and control the fermentation process taking place inside of it.

It features a scale that makes it easier to measure and verify the amount of batch and of the liquor being made.

One of the advantages of this demijohn is its wide opening, which enables removing the pulp conveniently, as a well as cleaning the interior. An important element of the demijohn is the innovative twist-off lid with an “anti-slip” side profile, making it easier to open and close it. Thanks to its special design, the twist-off lid does not feature a gasket, so there is no risk of mould or bacteria accumulating underneath. Its additional advantage is the handle integrated with the twist-off lid, making it easier to carry the demijohn around when it is empty. The demijohn can be cleaned with potassium metabisulphite or citric acid.

NOTE:

Do not expose the demijohn to direct sunlight, as it has limited resistance to UV radiation.

Wash the demijohn in a temperature of up to 70°C, using a soft cloth.

Do not use the demijohn for alcohol with strength of over 70%.
