I've earned cash rewards - how do I use them?
You have 7 days to get fully signed up to access your cash rewards. To do this, simply download the app and register. Make sure you verify your email address and then your cash rewards will appear in your app wallet.
I'm trying to make a purchase but my rewards aren't being deducted
In the rare cases where your rewards aren't being applied, we recommend changing to Google Chrome as your browser to make payments with Super Payments.
Can I use Super Payments on desktop?
Customers can still pay as normal using a desktop, they only need the app to redeem the rewards. We are close to launching a feature that would recognise a customer has rewards on a desktop when they enter either their mobile number or email address associated with their account.
Do my rewards expire?
Under the Activity tab in the app, a customer will clearly see the date of when the rewards expire (they expire after 6 months from date of purchase). We also send push notifications a week and 24 hours before they lose them to encourage extra sales.
