COVID-19 & BREW2BOTTLE

APRIL 15TH - PARCELFORCE UPDATE

Parcelforce have informed us that their network is struggling to cope with the volume of parcels and they can not guarantee a next day or even 48 hour service - they are currently 3 or 4 days behind. Most of our larger and heavier (over 5Kg) orders are despatched via Parcelforce. We are currently investigating different methods of shipping to alleviate this issues for future orders. However as your order has been despatched, or is about to be despatched through the Parcel Force network please expect unforeseen delays.

Once you have received a shipment notification email from us, you can track the status of your parcel with the courier using the link in the email.

If you have a query relating to your order, please email us at sales@brew2bottle.co.uk or use the chat facility online.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
