Medium red and piesporter

I don't usually drink red wine but love the medium red, and just tried the piesporter using a small kit and subsequently bought a large kit. Nice!

Simply 40 Pint Beer Kit - Pale Ale
Bottle and glass
Perfect malt base for experimentation.

I brewed this with 1kg pale DME, on day 10 dry hopped with 100g of US cascade. Filled a Corney and bottled the rest. For the price, this is an absolute belter of a base malt to play around with hopping etc.
Will definitely use this one again but maybe throw in some Amarillo hops next time.
I'm very much looking forward to trying out other kits in the range too, I've already got the lager kit waiting in the wings. 🍻
