Once fermentation has completely finished and the wine has been stabilised, degas the wine by stirring vigorously until there are no more bubbles on the surface. Then add Stage 1 finings, stir gently for approx. 10 seconds and leave to stand for 24 hours. After 1 hour, add Stage 2 finings, then stir gently for approx. 10 seconds before leaving it to clear in a cool place.

For any order over 5Kg we use DPD who can handle heavier and bulkier packages.
