We sold so many of the now discontinued Mangrove Jacks Hard Seltzers we had to have our own made. This sachet set has all of the yeasts, nutrients and flavourings you'll need to make 20ltrs/35 Pints of hard seltzer. All you need to add is water and sugar.
Add 2kgs of brewing sugar to make a refreshing alcoholic sparkling water @ 4.6% ABV or if you prefer it a little lighter then 1.75kg of brewing sugar will bring it to approx. 4% ABV.
What is a hard seltzer?
Put simply it’s alcoholic sparkling water with a hint of fruit flavouring. Clear in appearance and with an abv of around 4-4.5% hard seltzers are made by mixing an alcohol base – usually fermented cane sugar – with carbonated water and a touch of fruit flavour.
