Regular and reliable

I have slimmed down my home brewing activity, and now restrict myself to Woodfordes Wherry, which I find is very similar to the tipple I drink in my local, I find Brew2bottle cheap, quick and reliable

Full marks.

Very impressed with this beer kit. I've been brewing and bottling my own all-grain British-style bitter ales for decades, but this is the nearest I've ever come to something that reminds me of a decent hand-pulled pint of cask ale in a pub. You can get an ordinary, much-too-fizzy bottle of bitter in any supermarket but they don't come close to the bottles I made with this kit. The beer is as near clear as you'd want and a perfect balance of malt, hops and bitterness. The condition is just right, with no fizzing or gushing out of the bottle. I added a rounded quarter teaspoon of sugar to 500ml bottles after waiting for the fermentation to complete. Final gravity was 1.010, which suggests there were unfermented complex malts left in the beer. I always add a little powdered yeast to every bottle for the secondary, as I have found it gives a more reliable fermentation. I made sure it was of the type that does not ferment maltotriose sugars; otherwise a big, unwanted secondary fermentation could occur. I didn't make this beer to the 4.5% strength, which is stronger than I prefer and stronger than I've seen Wherry in pubs. I achieved a strength just below 4% by adding extra water before fermentation. That's just my own preference.

Great Taste!

The Wherry Kit was my first ever attempt at making Beer!

It went together really well after watching a couple of YouTube videos.
I went with 85g of priming sugar which gave it a light head when pouring.

After a couple of weeks in stage 2 fermentation, I poured my first homemade pint! It was slightly cloudy which did not affect the taste and was very much enjoyed.

I bottled the rest and noticed that they bottle conditioned further over the next week or so and became crystal clear only improving on what was already great-tasting Beer.

I would highly recommend it.
Good luck.
