Gozdawa Artisan Distillers Yeast is a specially formulated yeast strain in order to produce a fruit style brandy. This particular yeast has been developed to produce a Brandy that is produced from fresh fruit.

We recommend adding a packet of Fermkraft Best Turbo Nutrient & Fermkraft Pectolase to improve productivity of yeast. Please hydrate yeast in 27c water for 30 minutes prior to use.
