Used many times and my favourite. Last ferment was 17 days at correct temperature, always takes at leats 2 weeks but the result is fantastic and clears in 24 hours. I can recommend the service from Brew2Bottle as always delivered quickly.

86 Days Pilsner: Golden in colour, subtle malty sweetness & an elegant refined herbal note. A really crisp bitter finish with a frothy head. 4.5% ABV.
European Lager: Serve chilled in a tall, narrow glass with a generous 5cm head and drink in the herbaceous hop aroma. 4.5% ABV.
Preachers Hefe Wheat: It is a Belgian style hazy (cloudy) beer, bright gold in colour with a soft texture, banana and clove aromas, a smooth creamy white head and a refreshingly tart finish. It is made from premium malted wheat, pale malted barley and selected hops. 4.1% ABV.
Premium Irish Stout: A rich, dark full bodied brew. With a coffee chocolate and liquorice aroma and roasty bitter notes, the balanced hop bitterness comes produces a creamy beige head for a dry finish. 4.1% ABV.
Innkeepers Daughter Sparkling Ale: A beer for ale drinkers with well-travelled palates or smaller groups of discerning lads who take the time to sup and savour. You need to add a good deal of malt extract/sugar to make an authentic Sparkling ale. 4.5% ABV.

Some taste ok some have wierd off flavours, gold rum taste like spiced rum, bourbon is odd, whiskey flavour is too weak, shamrock whiskey too weak and sharp, better with some flavour enhancer but it goes cloudy, absinthe a novelty but ok. Cinnamon whiskey lacks initial flavour but cinnamon burn is ok, better when mixed stronger which can be said for nearly all the flavours. 6/10 for most when straight, maybe better with mixers
